If there’s one meal that shows up on our table more than any other, it’s this one. Hannah’s One Pot Hamburger Helper is a true weeknight staple in our house. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s packed with so much flavor that nobody ever complains when I announce what’s for dinner.
Now, I know what you may be thinking. Can Hamburger Helper really be that good?
Yes. Yes it can.
This isn’t the boxed version you grew up with. This recipe takes Hamburger Helper to a whole new level, and I truly believe it will change your life. Honestly, I would eat it five nights a week if my family would let me get away with it!
So what makes it so special? Two things. First, a butter steak seasoning that gives the beef a rich, savory flavor you just can’t get from a packet. Second, Velveeta. Lots of creamy, melty Velveeta that coats every single bite of pasta and makes the whole pot taste like pure comfort.
And the best part? It all comes together in one pot. That means less time standing at the stove, fewer dishes in the sink, and more time around the table with the people you love.
